Tips for a refreshing weekend relaxation!

Another long and somewhat fulfilling week, just thinking about the best way to relax, rejuvenate and refresh!
We looked at expert advise on top tips as shared by 'Goodrelaxation.com' and we also had our thoughts on these tips.

Push the off button: Hmmmm lets see, no social media handles; quick check for updates, whats trending, 'being the first to know' kind of urge. Well I say that's a tall order. But how about taking sometime off to catch some midday sleep, that automatically 'pushes off the buttons' I suppose. Experts say sleep improves memory and strengthens learning (amazing). Also takes care of the heart and helps in weight control. A sound and healthy sleep can be derived by drinking lots of water, getting some sunlight, having a soothing salt bath and getting a massage before bed.

Go and see something funny: Aside from funny clips on youtube and other handles, making this happen comes at a cost and difficult to make a routine indeed. Best bet sometimes is stopping at the movies and picking out a comedy blockbuster as watching a download takes away the feel of being out and about, getting some air and listening to different 'laughter' patterns in the cinema (adds to the fun sometimes).

Do something you haven't done before: This would certainly get my mind roaming- what now? But it has to be good. Perhaps learn a new past time activity, check new places/hangouts in town, treat yourself to something other than your norm but without going bankrupt as this may have a different effect afterwards, take a new challenge- please keep it safe!

There is a lot to go through but this should do for a start- it's just 48 hours!

Do have a most relaxing weekend and be sure to make the most of it ❤
